I am Dr. Kim Dang and I am happy 10 out of 10 most of the times, I'm in love with life, financially abundant and successful on my own terms. I feel beautiful, I age backwards, I've never felt so energized before and life continues to be really good to me.
I believe everyone can feel this way, by knowing their purpose, execute with absolute clarity and express themselves fully - not someday, but now.
I know with absolute certainty with every fiber in my body that every single one of us has something to bring to the table in the big scheme of events.
And my mission is to guide you back to your core, so you can live intentionally, create with certainty, and ultimately leave this life with nothing left unspoken, uncreated, or unexpressed.
This is how we live and play full out.
We're all here to steal the show in one way or the other. Look at the flowers, the animal kingdom, all of nature in fact. They are expressing themselves wholly and with confidence. And so can we.
Our sovereignty is sacred, spiritual and most of all strategic.
No one else can live your life. And no one else is meant to.
Stepping into your truth means stepping into your power: The power of purpose, chosen with clarity.
And this is the new paradigm of leadership.
1. Starting over is just a skillset you can learn
Use what you've built and use it anew. Don't start drifting. The life you want is often underneath the one you’ve built. But even when things look bleak: the skillset to starting over is the only thing you fundamentally need.
2. Intelligence isn’t knowledge if you don't embody it
I don't care how many books you've read and can cite from - and I love books! But if you're not executing with conviction in your body, it's not retained. True knowledge is when your body moves along.
3. Feeling good is the best strategy you’ll ever have.
You don't need to hit the next goal to give yourself permission to feel good. I promise you, things feel better when feeling good becomes your new (business) strategy. In fact, feeling good is the key ingredient to progress, success and fulfillment!
We often talk about beginnings as bold and brave, spotlighting the leap as the moment of transformation. But if we’re honest, the real mastery is in the ending. The hardest part of reinvention is not stepping onto a new shore, but knowing when, and how, to quietly pull anchor and leave behind what’s become too small.
There’s a peculiar sting to hearing “you’re trying so hard,” especially when it’s not a compliment. I recently felt it in an accent reduction class, when my acting teacher’s words landed not as praise, but as a gentle rebuke. In that moment, I wanted to play, to create, to trust my intuition and lived experience. Instead, I was told I was effortful, striving, pushing, trying too hard.
The leap from campus life to the “real world” is one of life’s most exhilarating and daunting transitions. Recently, I sat down with Jessica, a bright recent graduate from Berkeley University who is about to start her television career as a CBS page in New York. Our mentoring conversation reflected the hopes, challenges, and questions shared by so many stepping onto their first career path.
Building a resilient financial and personal foundation is not merely about having a safety net in your bank account but about aligning your life and career with a strong, purposeful WHY.
Her approach is not about avoiding uncertainty, it’s about learning to navigate it with confidence (or as much confidence possible). Because the truth is, you do not need to have all the answers. You just need to trust yourself enough to take the next step. You also need steady nerves.
"Living with parents from disparate backgrounds and moving across countries taught me adaptability and cultural sensitivity,” Kim reflects. “This gave me profound insights into human behavior and the ability to differentiate between an individual’s core truth and their environmental conditioning.”
